KASH'S BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request must be made within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that show any sign of wear, have a perfume smell, traces of animal hair, or are marked by makeup are not valid to return and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued.
  • Swimwear must have the protective liner in place, and not tampered with.
  • Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for packaging back. Tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.

To start a return or have a question related to a return, you must contact us at returns@kashsboutique.com.  

Before your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label

Unfortunately, final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Beauty Products 
  • Personalized
  • Lingerie 
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Hosiery
  • Liquid Product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), 
  • Items Marked Final Sale

Important Terms and Expectations for Buyers

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you via  email to returns@kashsboutique.com. KASH'S BOUTIQUE has the right to decline return requests that are made after 14 days of delivery.
  • Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.
  • Kash's Boutique has the right to approve or deny any return requests.
  • Buyers must provide notice of defective, damaged, or wrong item(s) within 3 DAYS of receiving their order. no exceptions. 
  • Exchanges are eligible for the same item at the same price in a different size if the item requested is still in stock. 
  • Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs ($6.00 for any number of items). 
  • Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.
  • Buyers must provide their order number, a photo, and a description for any requested returns
  • Returned items must be unworn or unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by KASH'S BOUTIQUE. Any other
  • methods of return will NOT be accepted.
  • Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with KASH'S BOUTIQUE at customerhelp@kashsboutique.com  to come to an amicable solution in regards to their purchase. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect and try on your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you MUST contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving the item. If we do not receive notice within 3 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. No Exceptions.
  • You must include the order number, a photo of the damage/defect, and a description in your email. 
  • This is very important so that we have sufficient time to report to the vendor and evaluate the issue thoroughly. 
  • The exact colors of merchandise and clothing patterns may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, and photo resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our facility is attempted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for the same item at the same price in a different size if the item requested is still in stock. 
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us as soon as possible, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, your requested item will be mailed directly to you.
  • If we are unable to send out a replacement, a store credit will be issued to your orders email address. 

Refunds 

  • If we are unable to send out a replacement, or a store credit, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. 
  • Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method.
  • Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
